Only in Texas is 100% of Students scoring at or above "average" a statistical possibility!

I recently attended a conference for school administrators that took place in Washington DC. We visited The Hill, and I have to say that I was IMPRESSED with Shelley Berkley (US House of Reps from Nevada). She received an award from the sponsoring organization and said the following in her address to the group:

"I am not going to talk to you about No Child Left Behind... except to say that it is probably the worst vote I have ever cast during my congressional career (5 terms), that the implementation of it has been a travesty and that it has probably done more harm than good for public education."

Finally a truth-speaker!
