Top Two Things I Didn't Do This Week...

I started writing a top 12 list, but I could not commit to 12 things that I definitely would/did not do. So here is the official Top Two List preferred by 9 out of 10 commitmentphobes:

2. Quit my job (major accomplishment as I generally do this at least 3 times in a given week).

1. Write the great American novel.

I should make me friends t-shirts saying "My friend Promised to Name a Character After Me in Her Novel, and All I Got Was This Crummy Blog Entry!"

Hey, "prolific" is not necessarily a great thing... Still I guess I could try to commit to writing more than once a month!

What is the ideal name for the modern archetypical heroine?

I need a jumping off point, and only you can be my museseseseses, so get going and name that girl! Please note that Alice Doormattski and Madonna W. Underbrah are not appropriate responses as I have already written them in as minor characters in my less than fabulous American short stories.
